1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the online shop Born Wild.

2. Subject of the Contract

We sell digital products only – such as printable coloring pages and educational materials in PDF format.
No physical products will be shipped.

3. Contract Conclusion

By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase.
The contract is concluded once payment has been received and the download link is provided.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices shown are final.
According to § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged (small business regulation).
Payment methods include PayPal, Stripe, credit card, and others as shown during checkout.

5. Delivery / Download

Products are provided immediately after successful payment via download link.
You will also receive a confirmation email with your file access.

6. Usage Rights

All digital files are for personal or educational use only.
You may print and use them as often as needed for your own use.

Not permitted:

• Reselling or distributing the files

• Uploading to websites or social media

• Commercial use without written permission

7. Right of Withdrawal

As these are digital products, your right of withdrawal expires once the download starts, provided you have agreed to this at checkout (according to § 356 section 5 BGB).
You will be asked to confirm this before completing your order.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights for digital content apply.
We are not liable for issues caused by improper use or individual technical problems (e.g. incompatible software).

9. Liability

We are only liable for intent and gross negligence.
For minor negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential obligations, and only for foreseeable damages.

10. Final Provisions

German law applies.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains unaffected.
